Caramelized acorn squash with honey, swirled goat cheese, crunchy pecans, and cranberries—comfort in every bite.

# Ingredients List:

→ Squash and Glaze

01 - 2 medium acorn squashes, halved and seeds removed
02 - 45 ml honey, preferably pure and raw
03 - 30 g unsalted butter, melted
04 - 5 g ground cinnamon
05 - 1 g salt

→ Topping

06 - 115 g creamy goat cheese, softened
07 - 40 g dried cranberries
08 - 15 g pecans, chopped and toasted
09 - 15 ml olive oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice acorn squashes in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until fully blended.
03 - Arrange squash halves cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the interiors thoroughly with the honey glaze. Roast for 35–40 minutes or until fork-tender.
04 - Remove squash from oven and allow to cool briefly. Fill each half with creamy goat cheese, sprinkle dried cranberries and chopped pecans over the top, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
05 - Serve warm as a festive side dish.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Roasting squashes cut-side up concentrates their flavor and caramelizes the glaze for optimal sweetness.
