# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries (190 g)
02 - 1 cup milk (236 mL)
03 - 1 banana
04 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
05 - ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120 g)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately!
