# Ingredients List:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 120 g organic onion, finely diced
02 - 2 teaspoons or 2 cloves organic garlic, minced
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons organic butter
05 - 2 tablespoons plain flour
06 - 360 ml organic chicken broth
07 - 120 ml organic half and half or 60 ml milk and 60 ml heavy cream
08 - 180 g organic cheddar cheese, shredded
09 - 115 g thin spaghetti, cooked
10 - 150 g ham steak, diced
11 - 75 g organic frozen peas

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft and translucent. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
02 - Sprinkle flour evenly over the onion and garlic mixture. Stir continuously to coat, then gradually whisk in chicken broth to avoid lumps. Slowly add half and half (or milk and cream) while stirring. Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
03 - Add diced ham, frozen peas, and cooked spaghetti to the skillet. If the sauce appears thick, loosen with additional milk one tablespoon at a time. Toss gently to coat pasta evenly and ensure ingredients are well distributed. Heat through until everything is steaming hot and fully combined.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, shred cheddar cheese yourself to achieve a smoother melt in the sauce.
