Grilled Salmon with Asparagus (Print Version)

01 - 2 salmon fillets
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 lemon, zested and juiced
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper. Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15-20 minutes.
02 - While the salmon is marinating, toss the trimmed asparagus with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
03 - Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and add the asparagus alongside.
04 - Cook the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork. Grill the asparagus for around 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
