In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.

Add Parmesan and Dijon mustard to the cream. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface. Grill chicken pieces for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through.

Transfer chicken to a serving dish. Drizzle with warm garlic cream sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
