Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides.

Spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook until they are almost fully cooked, approximately 6 to 7 minutes per side.

Place a slice of mozzarella on each chicken breast. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Remove the chicken from the grill. Top each piece with a slice of tomato and a sprinkle of fresh basil. Drizzle the balsamic reduction on top before serving.

Combine balsamic vinegar and light brown sugar in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the sauce has reduced by half. Keep warm until ready to serve.
