# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
05 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Assembly

08 - 4 pieces of warm pita bread
09 - 1 cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
10 - Sliced tomatoes
11 - Sliced red onion
12 - Shredded lettuce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best flavor.
02 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
03 - Combine grated cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl and chill.
04 - Warm pita bread and layer with grilled chicken, tzatziki sauce, and fresh vegetables. Roll tightly and serve.
