18 - 100 g cucumber, grated and drained

22 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
23 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until fully integrated.
02 - Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Place the chicken in a shallow dish, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (excess liquid squeezed out), lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and dill. Cover and chill.
04 - Prepare rice or quinoa according to package directions. Once cooked, keep warm and fluff with a fork.
05 - Slice grape tomatoes, dice cucumber, shred lettuce, and slice red onion. Set all vegetables aside for assembly.
06 - Preheat air fryer to 193°C. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
07 - Allow cooked chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
08 - In individual bowls, layer rice or quinoa with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sliced chicken, and crumbled feta. Top generously with tzatziki sauce and serve immediately.
