Gelatin Lemon Cubes (Print-Friendly Version)

Tangy gelatin cubes with lemon and honey, softly set and perfectly chilled for a refreshing bite.

# Ingredients List:

→ Base Components

01 - 10 g unflavored gelatin powder
02 - 250 ml cold water

→ Flavorings

03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
04 - 1 tablespoon honey or natural sweetener
05 - Optional: 100 ml fruit juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Evenly sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder over cold water in a mixing bowl and allow it to stand for one minute to fully hydrate.
02 - Gently warm the bloomed gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring until all granules have dissolved to achieve a smooth result.
03 - Stir in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and honey or your preferred natural sweetener until fully combined.
04 - Pour the gelatin mixture into a shallow tray or mold and refrigerate for approximately 1.5 hours or until completely firm.
05 - Cut the set gelatin sheet into uniform cubes and keep refrigerated until serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Excess gelatin creates a tough texture; precise measurement ensures optimal consistency. Permit full chilling before cutting for clean cubes. Not suitable for vegan diets due to animal-derived gelatin. Excessive intake may cause minor digestive upset. Experiment with citrus or berry infusions, and reduce sugar for lighter variations.
