# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground chicken or ground turkey or lean pork
02 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 4 cloves minced garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
09 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
10 - 1 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 1/2 cup whole milk or plant milk
13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter for glaze

14 - 1/4 cup additional Parmesan for sprinkling
15 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir gently until just combined.
03 - Form the mixture into a loaf shape and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
04 - Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
05 - While baking, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Mix in additional Parmesan and parsley, cooking until slightly thickened.
06 - Brush the creamy glaze over the cooked meatloaf and return to the oven for an extra 5-7 minutes.
