# Ingredients List:

→ For the filling

01 - 450 g ground beef (80/20 blend)
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ For the dough & topping

08 - 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
09 - 45 ml unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 33 g grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 23-centimetre baking dish or cast iron skillet. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly incorporated.
02 - Divide refrigerated biscuit dough into 8 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a 7.5-centimetre round. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of seasoned beef in the centre of each round and top with a portion of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
03 - Fold each dough round over the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal into a ball. Arrange balls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic and half of the grated Parmesan. Brush mixture over the tops of the dough balls. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan evenly over each ball.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes until tops are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and garnish immediately with chopped chives or parsley. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, serve warm and pair with your preferred dipping sauce such as ketchup or aioli.
