Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until beef is fully cooked and mixture is fragrant. Allow to cool slightly.

Flatten each piece of dough into a 7–10 cm round. Place a small portion of beef mixture in the centre and top with cheddar cheese.

Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely. Position seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until dough is golden brown and cooked through.

While baking, stir melted butter with garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Immediately after baking, brush each bomb with the garlic Parmesan butter. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve warm, accompanied by dipping sauces such as ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
