# Ingredients:

→ For the Beef

01 - 1 lb ground beef or beef strips
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup honey
05 - 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Taco Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tablespoons honey
10 - 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
11 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ For Assembly

12 - 6 soft taco tortillas
13 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
14 - Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Do not let the garlic burn.
02 - Add the ground beef or beef strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking apart the meat if using ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Stir in the honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat the beef. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika until smooth. Set aside.
05 - Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Add the beef mixture to each tortilla, drizzle with taco sauce, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option, or use shredded beef or pork for a different flavor profile.
02 - Adjust honey and BBQ sauce in the taco sauce to customize sweetness.
03 - The beef mixture can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
04 - Leftover beef mixture can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw and reheat before using.
