In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika until smooth. Set aside.

Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Add the beef mixture to each tortilla, drizzle with taco sauce, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
