Garlic Butter Chicken Noodles (Print Version)

Juicy chicken breasts with egg noodles in a flavorful garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
07 - 4 cups chicken broth
08 - 8 ounces egg noodles
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
12 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the egg noodles, making sure they are fully submerged in the broth.
04 - Cover and cook the noodles for about 7-8 minutes, or until the noodles are al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
05 - While the noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a separate pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
06 - Once the noodles are cooked, add the butter and garlic mixture to the skillet with the noodles. Stir in the Parmesan cheese (if using) and toss to combine.
07 - Slice the cooked chicken and arrange it on top of the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a richer flavor, you can use heavy cream in place of some of the chicken broth.
02 - Feel free to add vegetables like spinach, peas, or mushrooms to the skillet for added flavor and nutrients.
03 - You can substitute the egg noodles with any pasta you prefer.
