Frozen S'mores (Print Version)

Creamy chocolate pudding and marshmallow fluff layered between graham crackers for a refreshing frozen twist on a classic treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
02 - 2 ½ cups whole milk
03 - 2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
04 - 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
05 - 7 ounces marshmallow creme
06 - pinch of salt

→ Base and Top Layers

07 - 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over for easier removal.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
03 - Lay half of the graham crackers evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture into an even layer on top. Chill briefly.
04 - In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in remaining 2 cups of Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
05 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chocolate pudding layer. Place remaining graham crackers on top, creating a sandwich layer. Cover with foil.
06 - Freeze the dish for 6 hours or until firm enough to cut through.
07 - Use the parchment overhang to remove the frozen dish. Place on a cutting board and slice into 12 squares using the graham crackers as a guide. Trim excess filling if needed. Serve softened or store frozen.
08 - Wrap each s'more sandwich with plastic wrap and store in a freezer container for up to 2 months. If frozen, let sandwiches soften at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For extra chocolate flavor, consider spreading melted chocolate on the bottom of the graham crackers or using chocolate graham crackers.
