06 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
08 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
09 - 1/4 tsp salt
10 - 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
11 - 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
12 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, toss peach slices with lemon juice, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Pour into prepared dish.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter using a fork or pastry cutter until crumbly.
04 - Stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over peaches.
05 - Bake for 40–45 minutes until topping is golden and juices are bubbling.
