French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups (Print Version)

Savory roast beef and cheese wrapped in golden tortillas, served with rich homemade au jus for dipping.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
02 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
03 - 4 large flour tortillas
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

→ For au jus

08 - 2 cups beef broth
09 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and layer sliced roast beef and shredded cheese down the center of each.
03 - Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
04 - Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
06 - In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
07 - Remove roll ups from oven, slice, and serve warm with au jus for dipping.

01 - Use low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps for a lighter version.
02 - For a spicier twist, add jalapeños or hot sauce inside the wraps.
03 - Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
