02 - 310 grams orange segments (mandarin oranges, clementines, or tangerines)
03 - 80 grams pomegranate seeds (may substitute dried cranberries)
04 - 75 grams feta cheese, crumbled
05 - 60 grams candied pecans, roughly chopped

→ Dressing

06 - 80 millilitres olive oil
07 - 15 millilitres honey
08 - 10 millilitres Dijon mustard
09 - 30 millilitres apple cider vinegar
10 - 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
11 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine the mixed spring greens, orange segments, pomegranate seeds, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped candied pecans in a large serving bowl.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced shallot, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is completely emulsified.
03 - Drizzle the desired amount of dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated. Serve immediately.
