09 - 4 large flour tortillas; whole wheat or gluten-free options as alternatives

→ For Grilling

10 - 30 g butter or oil, such as olive oil or non-stick spray for lighter preparation

# How to Make It:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 8–10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning with a splash of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
02 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat or microwave for 20 seconds. Keep covered with a clean towel to retain warmth.
03 - On each warmed tortilla, layer cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and chipotle sauce. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses and wrap tightly, tucking in the sides.
04 - Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil. Place burritos seam-side down and grill for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - Remove burritos from skillet, allow to cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve with extra chipotle sauce or guacamole if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Enhance flavour with jalapeños or avocado as toppings. For optimal texture, serve immediately after grilling.
