Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Combine the chive whipped cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup in a large mixing bowl. Whip together with an electric mixer until smooth.

Reserve 60 ml of chopped green onions. Add the remaining green onions to the bowl along with the cooked shredded chicken, drained canned corn, 170 g of the shredded Mexican cheese blend, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Stir all ingredients until thoroughly combined.

Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 33 x 23 cm baking dish. Scatter the crumbled Doritos evenly over the surface.

Top with the remaining 170 g shredded Mexican cheese blend and the reserved 60 ml chopped green onions.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 17–20 minutes, or until the cheese topping is beginning to brown.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
