# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ⅓ cups almond flour (Blue Diamond brand recommended)
02 - Small pinch of salt
03 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
04 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or other non-fragrant oil)
05 - 3 tablespoons plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt and avocado oil until smooth.
04 - Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly to form a dough.
05 - Scoop out ¼ cup of dough at a time and shape it into a biscuit approximately ½ inch thick and 3 inches wide. Place on a baking sheet.
