Delicious Crab Salad (Print Version)

Tender lump crab meat with crisp celery and bell peppers in a zesty lemon-herb dressing. Perfect for any gathering.

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g lump crab meat, cleaned
02 - 1 cup diced celery
03 - ½ cup diced red bell pepper
04 - ½ cup mayonnaise
05 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - ¼ cup fresh dill or parsley, chopped
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Check the crab meat for shells and place it in a large bowl. Wash and dice celery and red bell pepper. Chop herbs and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
03 - Add crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, and herbs to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and gently fold until evenly coated.
04 - Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
