# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
02 - ¼ cup honey
03 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - Chopped green onions, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels. This ensures extra crispiness.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
03 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
04 - Flip the salmon fillets carefully. Brush half of the glaze generously over the tops. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
05 - Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon. Garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh, vibrant finish.
