# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh morel mushrooms
02 - All-purpose flour
03 - Salt
04 - Black pepper
05 - Eggs
06 - Milk
07 - Breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
08 - Oil for frying

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Brush off any dirt from the morel mushrooms and slice them in half lengthwise to inspect for insects or debris.
02 - Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.
03 - Dredge each mushroom in flour, dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
04 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown on all sides.
05 - Remove the fried mushrooms and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
