Crispy Crab Rangoon Bombs (Print Version)

Golden-fried wontons with a creamy crab and cheese filling, perfect for entertaining or as a delicious appetizer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup crab meat (fresh or imitation), chopped
03 - 2 green onions, finely sliced
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tsp soy sauce
06 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - 1 package wonton wrappers
09 - Oil, for frying

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
02 - Place 1 tbsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Gather the edges and pinch to seal into a ball.
03 - Heat oil in a deep pan to 175°C (350°F). Fry the bombs in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes.
04 - Drain on paper towels and serve warm with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
