Creamy Pasta with Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta Salad Base

01 - 12 oz small pasta noodles
02 - 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
03 - 12 oz thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
04 - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

→ Creamy Dressing

05 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (to taste)
09 - 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (to taste)
12 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the pasta noodles in a large pot of water according to their package directions, until cooked al dente. Drain the water out, and rinse the noodles in cold water.
02 - While the pasta is cooking, make sure the peas are thawed, the bacon is cooked and crumbled, and the parmesan cheese is grated. Set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk them together until combined.
04 - Add the pasta, peas, bacon, and parmesan cheese to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top. Stir everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated in the dressing.
05 - Cover the pasta bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to chill for 1 to 2 hours, or serve immediately.
