# Ingredients List:

→ Main

01 - 225 grams penne pasta
02 - 450 grams lean ground beef
03 - 1 medium onion, diced
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 teaspoons olive oil

→ Sauce

06 - 240 milliliters heavy cream
07 - 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Reserved Water

11 - 240 milliliters reserved pasta cooking water

# How to Make It:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook until al dente following package instructions. Drain and reserve 240 milliliters of the cooking water.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Break up the meat as it cooks and brown evenly, about 7 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
04 - Reduce the heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and gradually add reserved pasta water, mixing until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Fold in grated Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.
05 - Add drained penne to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the creamy beef sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Use freshly grated Parmesan for optimal flavor and smooth sauce texture.
