08 - 227 g canned whole cranberries in sauce
09 - Zest and juice of 1 large orange
10 - 30 ml unsweetened applesauce
11 - 2.5 ml almond extract
12 - 30 ml vegetable or canola oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease or line a bread loaf pan.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well blended. Set aside.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cranberries with sauce, orange zest and juice, applesauce, almond extract, and oil. Stir until fully combined.
