Cowboy Club Sandwich (Print Version)

Triple-decker sandwich with turkey, ham, bacon and special Cowboy Mayo, stacked between toasted bread with fresh vegetables.

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 slices white sandwich bread, toasted
02 - 1/2 cup Cowboy Mayo
03 - 8 ounces sliced deli turkey
04 - 4 leaves romaine lettuce
05 - 2 roma tomatoes, sliced (about 4 slices per tomato)
06 - Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
08 - 4 slices deli ham
09 - 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lay all six slices of the toasted bread flat on a cutting board. Spread 1 tablespoon of Cowboy Mayo on one side of each slice.
02 - Place one slice of bread, mayo-side up, on a clean surface. Top with half of the sliced turkey, one romaine lettuce leaf, and 4 slices of tomato. Lightly season the tomato slices with kosher salt and black pepper.
03 - Place a second slice of bread on top, mayo-side down. Spread 1 tablespoon of Cowboy Mayo on the top side of this slice. Layer four slices of bacon, two slices of ham, one slice of cheddar cheese, and another romaine leaf.
04 - Place the third slice of bread on top, mayo-side down. Press down gently to compact the sandwich.
05 - Secure the sandwich with four toothpicks, placing one near each corner. Carefully cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters.
06 - Repeat the steps to assemble the second sandwich. Serve immediately.
