# Ingredients List:

01 - 240 g cottage cheese
02 - 130 g self-rising flour
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 large egg, for egg wash
05 - Everything bagel seasoning, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix cottage cheese, self-rising flour, and one egg in a bowl until a smooth, cohesive dough forms.
03 - Divide dough into four equal portions and form each into a bagel shape.
04 - Beat the remaining egg and lightly brush the surface of each bagel, then sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
05 - Place bagels onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
06 - Let bagels cool on the tray for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
