In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

Spread half of the prepared glaze evenly over the surface of the meatloaf.

Remove from oven, spread remaining glaze over loaf, then return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 71°C.
