# Ingredients List:

→ Salmon and Seasoning

01 - 900 grams whole Atlantic salmon
02 - 2.5 grams kosher salt
03 - 1.25 grams ground black pepper

→ Pomegranate Glaze

04 - 480 milliliters pomegranate juice
05 - 55 grams brown sugar
06 - 60 milliliters freshly squeezed orange juice
07 - 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest

→ Garnish

08 - Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
09 - Orange slices, for garnish
10 - Fresh parsley, for garnish
11 - Sliced green onions, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 150°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay the salmon skin-side down on the prepared sheet and season evenly with kosher salt and black pepper.
03 - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pomegranate juice, brown sugar, orange juice, and orange zest. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened with a syrup-like consistency.
04 - Brush the thickened pomegranate glaze generously over the salmon fillet.
05 - Transfer the glazed salmon to the oven and bake for 30-38 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C.
06 - Carefully transfer the baked salmon to a serving platter. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange slices, fresh parsley, and sliced green onions before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Let the salmon rest for several minutes out of the oven to help retain juices prior to garnishing.
