10 - 3 tablespoons honey
11 - 60 ml white wine vinegar

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl or jar, whisk together the white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and granulated sugar until the sugar has fully dissolved.
02 - Add olive oil, honey, shallot, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds to the vinegar mixture. Whisk or shake until thoroughly blended and emulsified. Set aside until needed.
