                Preheat Blackstone to medium heat and add a thin coat of oil to the surface.

                Add diced potatoes to one side of the grill. Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

                Place bacon on the other side of the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side or until crispy. Remove from grill and set aside.

                Flip the potatoes and add more oil if needed.

                Add chicken to the grill and cook in bacon grease. Season chicken and potatoes with salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side.

                Combine the potatoes and chicken on the grill. Add shredded cheese and bacon. Cook until the cheese is fully melted, then remove and serve.
