Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet (Print Version)

Juicy chicken and crispy bacon with ranch seasoning and melted cheddar cheese, all cooked on a Blackstone griddle.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
02 - 1 lb bacon
03 - 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
04 - 1 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
08 - 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning
09 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat Blackstone to medium heat and add a thin coat of oil to the surface.
02 - Add diced potatoes to one side of the grill. Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
03 - Place bacon on the other side of the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side or until crispy. Remove from grill and set aside.
04 - Flip the potatoes and add more oil if needed.
05 - Add chicken to the grill and cook in bacon grease. Season chicken and potatoes with salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side.
06 - Combine the potatoes and chicken on the grill. Add shredded cheese and bacon. Cook until the cheese is fully melted, then remove and serve.
