Remove the pan from heat. Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to the warm chicken mixture and stir until the cheese begins to melt.

Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito shape.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down, pressing gently. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip carefully to prevent the filling from spilling.
