# Ingredients List:

→ Dough

01 - 360 ml warm water
02 - 1 tablespoon instant yeast
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 445 g all-purpose flour

→ Topping

06 - 45 g unsalted butter, melted
07 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
08 - 110 g shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 25 g grated parmesan cheese
10 - Optional: dried parsley or Italian seasoning, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 260°C. Grease a 33×46 cm baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt. Allow mixture to rest for 2–3 minutes.
03 - Gradually incorporate all-purpose flour while mixing until a soft dough is achieved. Knead by hand or mixer for approximately 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
04 - Let dough rest for 5 minutes. Roll out evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, covering the entire surface.
05 - Combine melted butter with garlic powder. Brush evenly over the rolled-out dough.
06 - Scatter shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan uniformly over the dough. Sprinkle with dried parsley or Italian seasoning if desired.
07 - Using a pizza cutter, lightly score the dough into 12 breadsticks of desired size before baking.
08 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
09 - Allow breadsticks to cool briefly. Re-cut along the scored lines and serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For crispier edges, bake on the lower oven rack.
02 - Breadsticks can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
03 - Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
04 - Use pre-made pizza dough to reduce preparation time.
