02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 large onion, sliced
04 - 1 pound beef steak, cubed

07 - 1 cup beef broth
08 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until tender.
03 - Increase the heat to medium-high and add the cubed beef steak. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the beef is browned.
