Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise and carefully hollow out some of the soft interior to create space for filling.

Add the cooked steak and vegetables to a bowl. Mix in shredded provolone cheese and minced garlic, ensuring even distribution.

Generously fill both halves of the prepared bread with the steak and cheese mixture.
