# Ingredients List:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 loaf French bread (450 g)
02 - 225 g flank steak, thinly sliced
03 - 100 g provolone cheese, shredded

→ Vegetables and Seasonings

04 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced (150 g)
06 - 1 cup sweet onions, sliced (120 g)
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until vegetables soften, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Season thinly sliced flank steak with salt and black pepper. Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned, approximately 3-5 minutes.
04 - Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise and carefully hollow out some of the soft interior to create space for filling.
05 - Add the cooked steak and vegetables to a bowl. Mix in shredded provolone cheese and minced garlic, ensuring even distribution.
06 - Generously fill both halves of the prepared bread with the steak and cheese mixture.
07 - Transfer stuffed loaf to a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For an extra layer of flavor, brush the hollowed bread with a touch of olive oil and minced garlic before filling.
