Add chopped red bell pepper and chopped yellow onion to the cooked beef. Stir and cook for 4 minutes. Sprinkle in taco seasoning, mixing thoroughly. Remove from heat.

Evenly distribute the beef and vegetable mixture over the pre-baked biscuit base.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, drained green chiles, 85 grams shredded cheese, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.

Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the beef layer.

Dot the surface with spoonfuls of mild salsa; sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese evenly on top.

Bake uncovered at 175°C for 30 minutes or until heated through and top is bubbly and golden.
