02 - 2 tablespoons Cajun spice blend
03 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Whisk together olive oil, Cajun spice blend, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over them, and seal or cover tightly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight for best flavor.
