# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
02 - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 2 tbsp honey
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
09 - 8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
10 - Reserved pasta water, as needed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
02 - Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
03 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt the butter, then add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Stir in honey and let simmer for 1 minute.
06 - Add heavy cream and stir until smooth. Let simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
07 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
08 - Add drained pasta to the pan and toss gently to combine. Use reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
09 - Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped parsley or green onions.
