Buttery cookies with cream cheese and blueberry swirls that deliver cheesecake flavors in every bite - perfect for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2½ cups all-purpose flour
06 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Cheesecake Swirl

08 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
09 - ¼ cup powdered sugar
10 - ½ cup blueberry jam or ¾ cup fresh blueberries puréed with 1 tablespoon sugar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually blend into the wet ingredients. Form dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
02 - Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Fold in blueberry jam or homemade purée.
03 - Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Flatten each and add ½ teaspoon filling in the center. Fold edges over, re-roll gently, and place on a parchment-lined tray. Use a toothpick to swirl the filling into the dough for a marbled effect.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake cookies for 12–14 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Chilling the dough prevents spreading and improves handling.
02 - Use room temperature ingredients for smooth mixing.
03 - Lightly drag a toothpick through the filling to create defined swirls, avoiding overmixing.
