02 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
05 - 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
03 - Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F).
04 - Lower the heat slightly, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
05 - Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken, cover with a lid or aluminum foil for 2-3 minutes until melted.
