01 - 80/20 ground beef
02 - Soft slider buns
03 - American cheese slices
04 - Pickles, sliced
05 - Finely chopped onion
06 - Crisp lettuce leaves
07 - Special sauce (mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) for even cooking.
02 - In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper until well combined, taking care to avoid overworking the mixture.
03 - Form small portions of the beef mixture into patties approximately 2 ounces each, recognizing that they will shrink slightly during cooking.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, ensuring a brown crust and desired doneness.
05 - Place each patty on the bottom half of a slider bun, followed by cheese, pickles, onion, lettuce, and a drizzle of special sauce before adding the top bun.
06 - Arrange the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
