BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches (Print Version)

Melt-in-your-mouth pork shoulder slow-cooked to perfection, tossed in tangy BBQ sauce and served on soft buns.

# Ingredients:

→ Pulled Pork Mixture

01 - 3-4 pounds pork shoulder
02 - 1 cup barbecue sauce
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 1 cup chicken broth
05 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Pepper, to taste

→ For Serving

09 - 6-8 hamburger buns
10 - Coleslaw (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place the sliced onion at the bottom of a slow cooker. Season the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and place it on top of the onions.
02 - Pour chicken broth over the pork, cover with the lid, and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
03 - Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Mix in the barbecue sauce.
04 - Serve the pulled pork on hamburger buns with coleslaw, if desired.
