Combine shredded chicken with 0.5 cup BBQ sauce in a mixing bowl until thoroughly coated.

Place flatbreads on the lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil or garlic butter.

Spread a thin layer of additional BBQ sauce on each flatbread if enhanced flavor is desired.

Scatter half the mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the base. Distribute BBQ chicken and red onion on top. Finish with remaining cheese.

Place flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Top with optional garnishes such as pickled jalapeños, bacon bits, or crispy fried onions, and drizzle with BBQ sauce if desired.
