Juicy chicken skewers coated in a sweet and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for grilling or air frying as a delicious dinner option.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Seasonings

01 - 1½-2 lbs chicken thighs, cubed into 1 inch pieces
02 - 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp black pepper
06 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
07 - ½ tsp salt
08 - 2 Tbsp hot honey

→ Bang Bang Sauce

09 - 1 cup mayonnaise
10 - 2 Tbsp lime juice, fresh squeezed
11 - ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
12 - ¼ cup Sriracha

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken thighs, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Toss to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
02 - Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers, filling them about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.
03 - In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice. Divide the sauce into two portions, saving one for dipping and glazing after cooking.
04 - Brush the skewered chicken with one portion of the Bang Bang sauce. Grill over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning often, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Brush with sauce during grilling for caramelization.
05 - Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
06 - Drizzle or brush the cooked skewers with the reserved Bang Bang sauce and additional hot honey if desired. Serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Soak the wooden skewers in water before use to prevent burning.
02 - Adjust spice level by omitting cayenne pepper, hot honey, and reducing Sriracha.
03 - Reheat skewers at 350°F in an air fryer for 3 minutes or warm in a microwave.
