Tender chicken skewers coated in spicy-sweet bang bang sauce, perfect for grilling or air frying to caramelized perfection.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½-2 lbs chicken thighs, cubed into 1 inch pieces
02 - 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp black pepper
06 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
07 - ½ tsp salt
08 - 2 Tbsp hot honey

→ Bang Bang Sauce

09 - 1 cup mayonnaise
10 - 2 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
11 - ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
12 - ¼ cup Sriracha

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken thighs, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and Sriracha until well combined. Divide the sauce into two portions, reserving half for post-cooking.
03 - Soak wooden skewers in water while preparing the chicken. Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto the skewers, filling each skewer about halfway or three-quarters full.
04 - Using one portion of the Bang Bang sauce, brush the chicken skewers thoroughly, ensuring coverage on all sides.
05 - Place skewers on a preheated grill set to medium-high heat. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with sauce, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
06 - Place the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
07 - Transfer skewers to a plate and drizzle or brush with the reserved Bang Bang sauce and optional hot honey. Serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - To prevent wooden skewers from burning, soak them in water during preparation.
02 - If reheating, use an air fryer at 350°F for 3 minutes or a microwave with care to avoid overcooking.
