# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 eggs, beaten
04 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
05 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
07 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
08 - 2 cups cooked rice
09 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
10 - 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
11 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Pepper, to taste
14 - Oil for frying

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
02 - Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
