Balsamic Chicken Crockpot (Print Version)

Tender chicken slow-cooked with balsamic vinegar, aromatic herbs, and tomatoes for a flavorful dinner over angel hair pasta.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 4 to 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Ground black pepper to taste
05 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme
08 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
09 - 1 teaspoon dried basil

→ Liquids and Other Ingredients

10 - 4 garlic cloves
11 - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
12 - 29 ounces canned diced tomatoes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour the olive oil into the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker. Season each breast with salt and ground black pepper.
03 - Top the chicken with sliced onions, all dried herbs, and garlic cloves.
04 - Pour balsamic vinegar over the ingredients and top with canned diced tomatoes. Cook on high for 4 hours.
